Miller Real Estate Services is a multifaceted real estate company, specializing in property and asset management, acquisitions, construction management, and asset valuation. We have a very customer-centric, individualized approach to managing the physical asset, the property’s financial reporting and the tenant relations. We pride ourselves on our experienced methods, that preserve, maintain and protect your real estate assets. Suzanne Miller
After working in the corporate real estate world for almost 20 years, Suzanne founded Miller Real Estate Services in November 2010. She has an extensive background in acquisitions, leasing, asset/property management and construction management. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker, has a Master’s of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and is designated both CCIM and CPM.

She's a Colorado native who grew up primarily in Boulder and has also traveled extensively both as an Air Force brat and a curious adult.
Karin Exum
Karin is a licensed broker in Colorado, has over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate and is currently working on her CCIM designation. She believes in the client-focussed approach to property management and brings that as she her approach to problem solving and strategic thinking. She is a Denver native with a strong understanding of the local market.
She enjoys travel, cooking and spending time with her family
and friends.
